FIRE PUMP SERVICES FOR IOWA CITY VAMC

The Iowa City VA Health Care System is seeking a contractor to provide fire pump services, including five-year inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems and components. The contractor will be required to perform these services in accordance with the Joint Commission and NFPA 25 standards. The contract will be for a one-time service that should be completed within 30 days of award. The contractor must have a NFPA 25 certified field service representative with at least five years of experience in testing and inspection. * The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the services. * The contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as VA policies and procedures. * The contractor will be required to obtain a VA-issued badge and follow all security protocols. * The contractor will be required to provide a report of all services performed, including any discrepancies or deficiencies noted during testing.
