Eastern Washington University seeks an exclusive provider to deliver comprehensive student health‑clinic services and sports‑medicine support across its Cheney and Spokane campuses. The contractor will staff primary‑care physicians, nurses, and athletic‑training personnel, administer routine exams, immunizations, basic lab testing, and provide on‑site medical coverage for all university athletic events. The health‑clinic component is funded via a contract price (per‑student or alternative model), while sports‑medicine services are exchanged for marketing rights rather than direct payment. The contract runs for a five‑year base period with optional two‑year extensions, beginning July 1 2027. • Provide primary‑care, preventive health, immunizations, and limited lab services to all enrolled students. • Staff 1‑3 full‑time athletic trainers and ensure on‑site medical coverage for every home athletic event (and away‑game coverage as required). • Submit quarterly utilization reports, retain records for six years, and comply with EWU’s standard contract terms, insurance limits, and data‑ownership provisions.
