Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services

The Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking Wireline Ethernet or Fixed Wireless Services. Vendors must have a signed Network Services Agreement and applicable addenda to participate. The RFQ includes a Cost Model that must be completed by responding contractors, which will be the basis for evaluation. The evaluation will consider costs, timeline, and local loop type. The contractor with the highest total score will be declared the Apparently Successful Vendor. • The contractor must provide a written response to each mandatory requirement column in the excel Cost Model form. • The contractor must complete the Cost Model for the sites they wish to compete for. • The contractor must provide supplemental bandwidth pricing for each site. • The contractor must not include taxes in the pricing. • The contractor must comply with all mandatory requirements and specifications.
