The City of Johnson City is seeking quotes for Okta Software. The software should include Support - Premier Success Plan - Silver, Okta - P001048, Start Date: 11/01/25, End Date: 10/31/26, and other related products. The city requires the contractor to provide insurance as specified in the Insurance Checklist. The contractor must also comply with the terms and conditions of the General Contract Form. • The contract will be for a period of one year from the award date, subject to agreement of both parties. • The city reserves the right to purchase like items at the same contract price for a period of one year from the award date. • The contractor must provide adequate parts and service for all items awarded. • The city may cancel any contract for cause following written notification of intent. • The contractor must maintain insurance as required by the solicitation. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
