Description
The Kentucky Retirement Systems is seeking a provider of general legal-litigation services. The selected provider will be expected to provide a range of legal services, including litigation support. The proposal will be evaluated based on three criteria: proposed technical solution, proposed cost solution, and oral demonstration/presentation evaluation. The offeror must provide a single hourly rate for each category listed, and ranges will not be accepted.
• The proposal must include a technical solution that meets the requirements outlined in the RFP.
• The proposal must include a cost solution that is competitive and reasonable.
• The proposal may require an oral demonstration/presentation evaluation, if required.
