The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Trial Court is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive preventive‑maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and emergency‑response services for standby generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), and identified uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems at trial‑court facilities across the state. The contract will be awarded on a regional basis (five independent award groups) and includes a base term of 32 months with two optional one‑year renewals. Contractors must supply all labor, travel, equipment, and materials, comply with prevailing‑wage requirements, and maintain detailed service records.
• Perform monthly inspections, semi‑annual preventive maintenance, annual load‑bank testing, and 24‑hour emergency response for generators, ATS, and UPS units.
• Include travel, mileage, vehicle, and fuel costs in pricing; batteries are priced separately on an as‑needed basis.
• Must meet insurance, licensing, 24‑hour dispatch, and prevailing‑wage obligations; five regional contracts may be awarded, and bidders may elect any combination of regions.
