Description
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking a brand name only, firm-fixed-price contract for an AEGIS Spectrometer, 40% GX-Detector, RDC-Portable HPGe Gamma Spectrometer. The spectrometer will be used for mobile field operations to detect different types of radioisotopes, providing characterization of the isotope and half-life. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is deemed most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as technical capability, price, and past performance. Key information about the job's work and scope of work includes:
* The contract requires the delivery of one AEGIS Spectrometer, 40% GX-Detector, RDC-Portable HPGe Gamma Spectrometer.
* The spectrometer must meet the requirements specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
* The contract has a period of performance of 120 days after contract award.
* The delivery of the spectrometer will be FOB Destination, with inspection and acceptance at the destination.
* The contractor must provide a technical description of the item being offered, including manuals, datasheets, or literature that verify compliance with each SOW requirement.
* The contractor must also provide a separate and complete price schedule, matching the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure provided in the solicitation.
