Building 23 Water Source Heat Pumps

The West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division, is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP) for Building 23. The solicitation includes six different models of WSHPs with specific requirements for each model. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the WSHPs meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost. The vendor shall deliver the WSHPs within 15 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed. • The WSHPs must meet specific requirements, including being compatible with TRANE BAS Controls (Ensemble) and having a minimum of a 5-year compressor warranty and a 1-year labor warranty. • The vendor shall accept payment in accordance with the payment procedures of the State of West Virginia. • The contract term will run from the issuance of the Award Document until all of the goods contracted for have been delivered, but in no event will this Contract extend for more than one fiscal year.
