Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑time ambulance services for the 2027 Annual Farm Show (January 8‑16, 2027). The contract is for one year with up to four optional one‑year renewals. The vendor must supply three fully staffed Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances, EMT‑certified drivers, and additional EMT/Paramedic personnel as detailed in the scope. Service includes round‑the‑clock coverage, equipment provision, communication radios, and detailed patient‑transport logs. The award will go to the lowest‑priced qualified bidder; the Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
