1-Time Purchase of Sludge Blend Tank Cleaning Services

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting bids for a contractor to drain and clean two sludge blend tanks at the Steven M. Clouse Water Recycling Center (WRC) with on-site disposal of emptied contents. The scope of work includes furnishing the goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services as set forth in the solicitation. Bidders are encouraged to prepare and submit their questions in writing three calendar days in advance of the Pre-Bid Conference. The period of acceptance of this bid will be 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. • The contractor will be responsible for draining and cleaning two sludge blend tanks. • The contractor will be responsible for on-site disposal of emptied contents. • The contractor must submit their bid electronically or by sealed bid. • The contractor must comply with the specifications and terms and conditions contained in the solicitation.
