Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Aircraft Services

The Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is seeking responses from qualified vendors for fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft services. The services include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, alterations, and upgrades to the Department's fleet of aircraft. The contract will be awarded to one or multiple vendors in both the fixed wing and rotary wing categories. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • The provision of aircraft services, including maintenance, inspections, and repairs • The requirement for vendors to comply with applicable aircraft rules and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and military regulations • The need for vendors to provide a secure environment for FDLE aircraft, including 24-hour security and restricted access • The requirement for vendors to submit an Executive Summary, no longer than 10 pages in length, as part of their response • The potential for the contract to be ongoing, with the possibility of multiple awards in both the fixed wing and rotary wing categories
