DIESEL FUEL AND WINTER MIX FOR THE COUNTY OF MERCER AND THE MERCER COUNTY COOP

The County of Mercer is seeking bids for the procurement and delivery of Ultra-low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) and Winter Mix for the County of Mercer and the Mercer County Cooperative Contract Purchasing System. The contract will be for a period of one year with an option to extend for an additional year. The bidder will be required to provide a cost for delivery charge or discount per gallon. The County estimates that its two-year diesel consumption will be approximately 401,600 gallons. • The contract will be for the procurement and delivery of Ultra-low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) and Winter Mix. • The contract will be for a period of one year with an option to extend for an additional year. • The bidder will be required to provide a cost for delivery charge or discount per gallon. • The County estimates that its two-year diesel consumption will be approximately 401,600 gallons. • The bidder must agree to enter into a written contract with the County of Mercer for the faithful performance of the bid. • The bidder must specify the brand or company name of the diesel fuel and winter mix they intend to furnish.
