Bulk Propane Gas

The State of Iowa, through its Department of Administrative Services, is seeking qualified bulk propane suppliers to provide propane gas and optional tank‑lease services to a statewide network of agencies, departments, and political subdivisions. The contract will be a three‑year master agreement (with up to three one‑year renewal options) that covers delivery, spill liability, tank maintenance, and quarterly sales reporting. Bidders must submit pricing for each listed location (see Attachment 5) and certify compliance with delivery‑within‑48‑hours, spill responsibility, and FOB Destination freight terms. The State may award multiple contracts, allowing several vendors to share the work.
