The Illinois Air National Guard’s 183 d Services Flight is seeking a small‑business‑only firm to provide a series of cold‑ and hot‑meal services for Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) weekends throughout FY 27. The contractor must supply all food, packaging, utensils, and related supplies, deliver meals by 10:15 AM on each scheduled day, and meet detailed menu specifications (protein portions, vegetables, salads, dressings, desserts, and beverages). The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, 100 % set‑aside for small businesses, and includes 13 separate delivery events ranging from November 2026 to May 2027.
