Vendors must submit a signed ANL‑70 RFQ, a list of capabilities matching the technical requirements, country‑of‑origin information, lead‑time from PO to delivery, and a signed ANL‑70B representation and certification. Evaluation will be based on lowest price while meeting the “technically acceptable” criteria. The quotation must be received by 5 PM CDT on 22 Sep 2026.
