Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, is seeking a contractor to provide Interventional Radiology Physician Services. The contractor shall furnish all key personnel to provide services necessary to perform on-site Radiology Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The services include Angiography/Interventional Radiologist Physician Services, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology, or fellowship trained and Board Certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (DR)/Interventional Radiology (IR). The contract is for a base period of 6 months with four option years. The contractor shall provide a minimum of 4 key personnel to be credentialed and available for scheduling. The services shall be provided on-site at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center.
• The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the standards and guidelines set forth by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
• The contractor shall ensure that all key personnel are ACGME fellowship trained, and Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology, or fellowship trained and Board Certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (DR)/Interventional Radiology (IR).
• The contractor shall provide proof of current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Colorado.
• The contractor shall provide proof of current certification in ACLS, BLS, and other required training.
