Program Manager Consulting Services relating to Design and Construction NY Mets Minor League Clubhouse

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to identify and hire the most highly qualified Program Manager for Consulting Services relating to the design and construction of the New York Mets Minor League Clubhouse and Amenities at the St. Lucie County Sports Complex. The selected Program Manager will work directly for the County to provide limited oversight and advisory services for the design and construction of the Project. Key responsibilities will include overseeing the design and construction process, ensuring compliance with the Facilities and Use Agreement Amendment, and providing advisory services to the County. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, construction management, and consulting services. • The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process. • The Program Manager will ensure compliance with the Facilities and Use Agreement Amendment. • The Program Manager will provide advisory services to the County. • The selected general contractor is Gilbane Construction Company. • The facility will be designed and built pursuant to a Facilities and Use Agreement Amendment between SFS and the County.
