Description
The City of Cincinnati, on behalf of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati, is seeking qualified firms to provide technical assistance for the development, testing, and deployment of Rainfall‑Derived Infiltration & Inflow (RDII) removal technologies. The work includes hydraulic modeling of complex structures, administration of project deliverables, 3‑D design and printing, field testing, data integration, quality assurance, and reporting over a five‑year contract term with a possible two‑year extension. Firms must demonstrate recent experience with RDII technology, possess qualified local personnel, and meet a 13 % Small Business Enterprise participation goal.
• Provide development, testing, and implementation support for RDII removal technologies.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling, 3‑D design, field testing, QA/QC, and integration with MSDGC’s workflow software.
• Submit a qualifications package (Attachments 0‑5) by Jan 15 2026, including detailed personnel resumes, project approach, and SBE utilization plan.
