eProcurement and Contract Management Solutions

The Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide eProcurement and/or Contract Management Solutions to its members. The scope of work includes providing a comprehensive solution for eProcurement, contract management, and related services. The contract resulting from this RFP may include various service categories, such as enterprise sourcing software, eProcurement software, and contract management software. The successful vendor will be required to provide a pricing methodology that ensures the best price and value to BVCOG members. • The eProcurement solution should provide features such as vendor registration and management, electronic bidding, reverse auction, bid workflow, and approved vendor management. • The contract management solution should provide features such as contract creation and authoring, contract repository, contract compliance and monitoring, and reporting and analytics. • The vendor should have experience in providing similar solutions to public sector entities and should be able to demonstrate its ability to meet the requirements of the RFP.
