Tree Trimming and Disposal Services

Mecklenburg County is seeking a vendor to provide tree trimming and disposal services. The contract will be for a term of three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for removing and disposing of trees, including providing all necessary traffic control, labor, materials, and equipment. The vendor must also fill holes in the ground caused by tree removal and grind stumps to a minimum depth of eight inches. • The vendor must have experience in performing similar services and must provide a detailed description of their approach and qualifications. • The vendor must also provide pricing for all aspects of the project, including travel and equipment costs. • The county has a Business Diversity and Inclusion (BDI) program, which aims to promote equal business opportunities for all segments of the business community. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
