The New York City Department of Design and Construction is seeking to enter into Requirements Contracts with up to six qualified engineering firms to perform architectural, engineering, and construction-related services for various single-system upgrades or replacement projects in any of the City's five boroughs. The projects may include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and/or fire protection upgrades or replacements.
