Aztec Shops Ltd. RDP 7074 Student Housing Laundry Services

Aztec Shops Ltd. is seeking proposals from qualified and competent contractors to provide laundry machine services for various locations at the San Diego State University campus. The contract term is for three years, with an option for two one-year renewals. The contractor will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and operating laundry equipment, as well as providing customer service support to residents. The contractor must also comply with various requirements, including preventative maintenance, equipment standards, and communication protocols. • The contractor must provide laundry services for approximately 20 locations on the SDSU campus. • The contractor must install and maintain commercial-grade laundry equipment, including washers and dryers. • The contractor must provide customer service support, including responding to service requests and resolving issues in a timely manner. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, health, and safety. • The contractor must provide regular reports and updates to Aztec Shops, including information on service requests, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance.
