Pre-Qualifications for Water, Sewer & Stormwater Distribution Maintenance Contractors

The City of Sumter is seeking pre-qualifications from experienced firms to perform construction, repair, rehabilitation, and specialty services for water, sewer, and stormwater distribution facilities. The selected firms will be placed on a prequalified vendors list for future projects and will enter into Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) or On-Call Construction Services Contracts. The contract shall remain valid for a period of two years with an option for a 2-year renewal. • The scope of work includes water main installation, replacement, and repair, sewer main installation, installation, and repair, and other related services. • Firms must demonstrate experience with municipal water, sewer, and stormwater distribution projects and have a minimum of five years of experience. • The selection process will be based on the demonstrated qualifications and capabilities of the firms, including organization and key personnel, relevant experience, capacity and availability, safety record, and performance.
