Capital Project Services Support: Structural and Bridge Engineering

Washington County, Oregon is seeking professional on-call services for Capital Project Services Support for Structural and Bridge Engineering services. The selected consultant will provide services such as preliminary engineering, final design, public involvement planning, environmental impact analysis, and construction management. The consultant will work with the County's Department of Land Use and Transportation, Capital Project Services Division. The contract term will be for 5 years, with an estimated annual expenditure of $500,000. The County is looking for a consultant who can demonstrate a clear understanding of the services requested, a strong approach to project development and management, and a qualified project team. • The consultant will provide professional services for County projects involving geotechnical/foundation analysis and design, seismic analysis and retrofit design, and structural design of different bridge types. • The consultant will work with a County-assigned project manager to develop and manage County projects. • The consultant will provide a description of their firm's approach to developing and managing County projects. • The consultant will identify key project personnel by name, title, and work they will perform. • The consultant will describe their relevant experience and qualifications.
