Wheelchair Accessible Bus - MVE

The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing, is seeking a vendor to provide a wheelchair accessible bus for the Department of Public Safety, Missouri Veteran’s Commission. The contractor shall provide a new wheelchair-accessible bus with all manufacturer’s standard equipment, as required by the state agency, upon receipt of an authorized purchase order. The bus must be clean, lubricated, serviced, and ready for immediate use by the state agency. The contractor shall deliver the new wheelchair accessible bus to the state agency no later than May 1, 2026. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing a wheelchair accessible bus with all manufacturer’s standard equipment • Delivering the bus to the state agency no later than May 1, 2026 • Ensuring the bus is clean, lubricated, serviced, and ready for immediate use • Complying with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations • Registering with the Missouri Secretary of State and maintaining good standing • Providing certification regarding boycotts of goods or services from the State of Israel
