Budget estimate

$350,000 – $700,000

Based on the extensive scope—approximately 1,256 sq yd of concrete pavement, 4,000 sq yd of asphalt overlay, substantial utility work, and associated site preparation—the total contract value is likely in the mid‑six‑figure range. Assuming average unit costs of $120 per sq yd for concrete work, $50 per sq yd for asphalt, $150 per linear foot for storm sewer, and $200 per linear foot for water line, the cumulative cost falls roughly between $350,000 and $700,000, accounting for labor, materials, equipment, and contingency. Regional labor rates in Kansas and the project's timeline also influence the estimate.
