Description
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is seeking quotes for the lease, installation, configuration, training, preventive maintenance, consumables (excluding paper), and end‑of‑term removal of light‑digital production black‑and‑white and color copiers/duplicating machines to support its business and training operations across all Training Delivery Points and partner organizations. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, month‑by‑month lease with a base period of one year (10/1/2026‑9/30/2027) and up to three optional one‑year extensions, covering multiple copier models, a large‑format copier, and associated software/licensing.
• Scope: Supply, deliver, install, configure, and maintain a fleet of B/W and color copiers (including large‑format units) plus consumables and training.
• Period of Performance: 12‑month base period with up to three 12‑month options (total possible term 4 years).
