RFP 26-007 General Liability Claims Administration Services

The City of Rialto is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to provide General Liability Claims Administration Services. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and providing a high-quality, comprehensive program including investigation, adjustment, processing, supervision, and resolution of claims asserted by third parties against the City. The scope of services includes claims administration, litigation management, reporting of claims activity, customer complaints, settlements, and subrogation.
