Maintenance and Support of AssetWorks Recoup software

The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and support for the AssetWorks Recoup software, which is currently used for surplus management and disposition. The vendor will be required to host and provide maintenance and support for the software, which is a SaaS offering. The State does not own the software and is looking for a vendor that can provide operational support staffing for the existing system. The scope of the contract includes maintenance and support of the existing AssetWorks modules, but may also include functional enhancements during the base term and option years as required by law or State policy. The vendor will be required to provide online support through access to an online repository of documentation, knowledge base, and training materials with the ability to create and submit online support tickets 24/7.
