Landscape Maintenance within Park Village Maintenance Assessment District (MAD)

The City of San Diego is seeking a contractor to provide landscape maintenance services within the Park Village Maintenance Assessment District (MAD). The contractor will be responsible for performing complete landscape maintenance and improvements, including irrigation, pruning, fertilization, litter control, and more. The contract will be for a period of one year, with four additional one-year options to renew. The city encourages the use of readily recyclable submittal materials and promotes equal employment and subcontracting opportunities. • The contractor must hold a C-27 State of California Contractors License and other required licenses. • The contractor must provide all equipment, labor, and materials necessary for performing landscape maintenance and irrigation services. • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes a completed and executed RFP signature page, a cost proposal, and other required documents. • The city reserves the right to inspect the contractor's equipment and facilities to determine if the contractor is capable of fulfilling the contract. • The contractor must comply with the city's equal opportunity contracting program and submit required documentation.
