Description
The opportunity is for replacing an overhead paging system at a Department of Veterans Affairs location. The system must integrate with the VA's Cisco phone system and meet specific security and network requirements. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the government to ensure a smooth installation and activation of the new system.
• The system must use self-amplified speakers.
• Each speaker and field device must be installed on an independent homerun to the designated servicing equipment location.
• The contractor must provide any paging-specific network hardware required by its proposed solution.
• The system must connect to the VA-approved network infrastructure through a VA-approved VPN interface.
