The Navy is performing market research to determine if small businesses possess the capability to execute the requirements within this acquisition. The project involves the installation and optesting of port boat davit inverters. Interested contractors are requested to submit a capabilities statement with PWS feedback by 27 May 2026. The submission should include company information, experience, and support to provide required spaces.
• The submission should be in Times New Roman, font size 12, and not exceed five one-sided pages.
• The submission should be in Microsoft Word or PDF format.

• The Navy will not assume liability for costs incurred by a company for capability statement preparation or marketing efforts.
