Description
The Maple Run Unified School District (MRUSD) is seeking pre‑qualified general contractors to perform a phased mechanical upgrade of the St. Albans Town Educational Center (SATEC). The work includes installing cooling systems in wings “B” and “C” and extending mains into wing “A”, with mechanical piping placed in attic spaces during winter 2026‑27 and equipment installation slated for summer 2027. Contractors must meet extensive pre‑qualification criteria (experience on K‑12 projects, financial capacity for bonds up to $5 M, safety record, etc.) and submit a Letter of Interest and qualification package by 9 Oct 2026.
