The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is soliciting bids to replace the entire HVAC system in Nelson Hall at Skagit Valley College. The work includes removal of existing equipment, installation of new heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning units, associated ductwork, controls, testing & balancing, and disposal of old material. The project is expected to cost between $355,000 and $395,000 and must comply with Washington State prevailing‑wage requirements and diversity goals.
