20TH STREET: GRAND CANAL TO HIGHLAND AVENUE DESIGN-BID-BUILD

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the 20th Street: Grand Canal to Highland Avenue Design-Bid-Build project. The scope of work includes constructing bicycle improvements, narrowing travel lanes, streetlighting upgrades, and intersection improvements, as well as American with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements for sidewalks, curb ramps, and driveways. The project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program. * The project site is located at 20th Street: Grand Canal to Highland Avenue * The project includes various utility adjustments and miscellaneous removal * The City of Phoenix reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible responsive bidder or reject all bids * The City will provide reasonable accommodations for alternate formats of the bid packet upon request
