Metering Software Solution

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is seeking a metering software solution to track significant changes in utility consumption and cost. The solution should provide an enterprise-level monitoring system, advanced reporting capabilities, and automate auxiliary utility billing. The contract term is one year with the option to renew for up to seven additional one-year terms. • The solution must be able to integrate with MS Entra for authentication, MuleSoft for integrations, MySQL database, and Oracle SQL database. • The solution must provide API's for integration and ad-hoc reporting capabilities. • The vendor must provide a detailed work plan, sample reports, and a proposed network diagram. • The vendor must provide training and support services, including a service level agreement. • The vendor must provide a virtual demo of the proposed solution.
