Standard Recovery - Mexico-Batch (Follow-on)

The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank) is seeking a contractor to provide loan recovery services for outstanding amounts owed to EXIM Bank by obligors/buyers and guarantors in Mexico. The contractor will be responsible for asset searches, site visits, negotiations, litigation, and other actions required to effect recovery. The contractor must have knowledge of the Mexican judicial system and be duly qualified/registered as an attorney in Mexico if litigation is pursued. The contractor will provide a written report outlining the plan for recovery and estimated amount of defaulted principal that is collectable. The contract will be for a follow-on award, and the contractor will be paid on a contingency fee basis.
