Description
NOVA Parks is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive event‑staffing services across its entire portfolio of parks and facilities throughout Northern Virginia. The contract covers staffing for weddings, corporate catering, water‑park concessions, festivals, and other special events, requiring a full crew hierarchy—from Captains and Chefs to Bartenders, Wait Staff, and Bussers. Vendors must submit their own hourly rates for each role and meet insurance, tax, and workforce physical‑ability requirements. The award may be split by service line or location, and the contract runs for an initial year starting March 2026 with two optional one‑year renewals.
• Scope includes staffing at 18+ park sites (e.g., Algonkian, Bull Run, Cameron Run, Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, etc.).
• Required staff categories: Captains, Chefs, Prep Cooks/Sous Chefs, Full‑Bar & Beer/Wine Bartenders, Wait Staff/Servers, Bussers/Dishwashers.
• Mandatory documentation: $1 M General Liability, $500 k Workers’ Compensation, state tax certification, EIN, W‑9, and three sealed paper copies or PDF email submission.
