GENERAL MERCHANDISE

The Humble Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide general merchandise, including appliances, cafeteria service support items, facility maintenance and custodial supplies, furniture, industrial equipment/tools, material handling equipment, medical equipment/supplies, office supplies and equipment, and rental services. The district requires vendors to provide a comprehensive range of products to support administrative functions, educational activities, facility maintenance, and student services. The proposal will be in effect from the award date through August 11, 2028. • Key products and services include: appliances, cafeteria service support items, facility maintenance and custodial supplies, furniture, industrial equipment/tools, material handling equipment, medical equipment/supplies, office supplies and equipment, and rental services. • The district spends over $50,000 annually on equipment, products, and supplies. • Vendors will be evaluated based on purchase price, reputation, quality of goods and services, extent to which goods and services meet district needs, past relationship with the district, and total long-term cost to the district. • The district reserves the right to negotiate with proposers, accept or reject any and/or all proposals, and waive any formalities and/or irregularities.
