Description
The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) is seeking a sole source provider for grades 6-12 reading intervention resources. The program must be 100% digital, correlated to the College and Career Ready Standards for Literacy, and grounded in research-based best practices. The solution should be fully digital, commercially available, and intended to enhance existing instructional programs rather than replace them. The contractor needs to provide a program that supports students in acquiring and/or sharpening the requisite skills they need to increase their reading capacity and motivation to read.
