Description
The Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) is seeking quotes for the replacement of 16 Morse Watchman key boxes with new electronic key cabinets with card reader and/or biometric capabilities. The scope of work includes the installation and powering up of the new key boxes, as well as providing regular maintenance and support services. The successful vendor will be required to provide a detailed description of their qualifications and capabilities, including experience with similar projects, staffing resources, certifications, equipment, and project management approach. The vendor will also be required to provide a sample certificate of insurance and comply with all applicable state and federal laws.
• The key boxes will be installed in various locations across the Auraria campus, including buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
• The key boxes must have card reader and/or biometric capabilities and meet WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
• The vendor will be responsible for providing training in software and usage of the system.
• The vendor will be required to provide a warranty of at least 24 months for the key cabinets.
• The vendor will be required to provide regular maintenance and support services, including a schedule of service for regular maintenance and cost of regular maintenance.
