Chatham County is seeking a Project Management and Analytics Software (PMAS) to improve project oversight, accountability, and efficiency. The selected vendor will provide a software solution that meets the County's needs, including project management, reporting, governance, financials, and integrations. The contract will be awarded to the responsible proposer whose proposal is most advantageous to Chatham County, considering factors such as experience, functionality, training, and cost.
• The PMAS should have core functionalities such as project management, reporting, governance, financials, and integrations.
• The system should be cloud-based and support multiple methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid.
• The PMAS should have customizable dashboards, exportable reports, and role-specific views.
• The vendor should provide training and technical support, as well as a plan for data migration and integration with existing systems.
• The proposer should demonstrate experience and qualifications in providing similar software solutions to government agencies.
• The cost proposal should include all costs associated with the implementation, maintenance, and support of the PMAS.
