Audio Visual Services for Graduation

The Maryland School for the Deaf is seeking a vendor to provide Audio Visual Services for their Graduation Ceremony. The services requested include lighting, microphones, and audio visual recording and livestreaming. The contract is for one year, with two optional years following. The vendor will be required to set up the audio visual equipment, produce the live event, and deliver a post-production edited video recording. • The vendor must provide equivalent or comparable equipment to those listed in the specifications section. • The vendor must be available during the rehearsal and the graduation ceremony. • The vendor must break down and remove the audio visual equipment after the conclusion of the ceremony. • The vendor must deliver a post-production edited video recording to MSD within 3 to 5 business days of the graduation ceremony.
