The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a single vendor to produce and deliver 375,000 six‑by‑nine‑and‑a‑half‑inch window envelopes (PBGC‑ENV‑100) that meet detailed printing, paper, and packaging specifications. All printing must be performed in‑house, and the finished product must be shipped to the GPO distribution center in Laurel, MD by September 1, 2026. • Submit a press‑quality PDF soft proof for approval before any printing, enter the quote via the GPO Publish portal by 11:00 a.m. ET on 17 July 2026, and provide mandatory W‑9 and invoicing documentation.
