• Submit a sealed bid package by May 12 2026, including all mandatory forms (contractor info, base‑bid pricing, certifications, non‑collusion affidavit, political‑contribution disclosure, insurance, HACCP, etc.).
• Adhere to New Jersey “Buy American” provisions, prevailing‑wage rules, and federal school‑nutrition regulations where applicable.
• Monthly invoicing must be submitted by the 15th of each month, with payment issued around the 30th.
