Second Reopening and Revision of the RFR For Homeless Support Services - Program Staffing Supports

The Department of Mental Health is seeking proposals for homeless support services, specifically program staffing supports. The RFR is a second reopening and revision of the initial RFR, and all documents from the initial RFR are applicable to this revised RFR. The successful bidder will be required to provide program staffing supports to individuals in need. The contract will be for a period of at least 90 days, and the bidder's quote must remain in effect for this duration. • The RFR is open to all qualified bidders, and the Department of Mental Health encourages minority-owned and women-owned businesses to participate. • The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to workplace violence prevention and response plans. • The bidder's quote must include all required attachments and information, and must be submitted electronically through COMMBUYS. • The Department of Mental Health reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to negotiate with the successful bidder to achieve the best value for the Commonwealth.
