Water Treatment Rennovations

The LakeVille Community Schools is seeking bids for the construction of the Water Treatment Renovation project. The project requires bidders to submit proposals based on the requirements set forth in the project manual and construction bidding documents prepared by Strategic Energy Solutions. The project is subject to prevailing wage rates and state sales and/or use taxes. Bidders must be pre-qualified and submit a bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid. The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with LakeVille Community Schools and maintain its pre-qualification status until the work is completed. • The project involves the renovation of the water treatment system. • Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates and state sales and/or use taxes. • A pre-bid conference will be held on May 1, 2026, at 10:00 am local standard time. • Bidders must submit a bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid. • The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with LakeVille Community Schools.
