The Department of Agriculture & Industries is seeking to procure a Liquid Chromatograph Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC-MS-MS) System. The system must meet specific technical requirements, including a mass range of 5 to 2000 Daltons, fully functional centroid and profile modes, and the ability to perform multiple reaction monitoring, neutral loss, and precursor ion scanning. The system must also include a fully integrated syringe pump, injector/divert valve, and other features. The supplier will be responsible for installing the system, and on-site training will be provided.
Key features of the system include:
• A bench-top design with full installation
• A mass range of 5 to 2000 Daltons
• Fully functional centroid and profile modes
• Multiple reaction monitoring, neutral loss, and precursor ion scanning capabilities
• A fully integrated syringe pump and injector/divert valve
• Automated optimization of collision energy for compound optimization
• Automatic mass and resolution calibration
• High-resolution precursor ion selection and daughter ion selection
• A 90-degree collision cell with square quadrupole rod structure
• Interchangeable ionization sources, including heated electrospray and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization
• A post-acceleration conversion dynode with 12 kV applied voltage
• A system-integrated, off-axis continuous dynode electron multiplier
• Real-time display of data acquired from the mass spectrometer and supported detectors
• A workspace-based system with areas for tune and calibrate, compound optimization, and system configuration
• System-resident, user-initiated diagnostic programs for electronics in the system
• Remote access through the computer network for operation and troubleshooting
