Martin County is seeking qualified contractors to fully design, supply, and construct an expansion of the Tropical Farms Water Treatment Facility, adding 4.6 MGD of reverse‑osmosis capacity and associated infrastructure. The scope includes reverse‑osmosis treatment upgrades, site and building improvements, chemical and pumping system installation, electrical and SCADA upgrades, and construction of a new 3.0‑MG ground storage tank, delivering a complete, operational water‑treatment system. • Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for a 4.6 MGD RO capacity expansion. • Install new chemical, pumping, electrical, and SCADA systems. • Construct a 3.0‑MG ground storage tank and related site/building improvements. • Deliver a fully integrated, operational water‑treatment plant.
