NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF UNSOLICITED PROPOSAL AND INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR ADVANCED METERING INFRASTRUCTURE (AMI) IMPLEMENTATION

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking proposals for the implementation of Advanced Water Metering Infrastructure (AMI) across its municipal water utility. The project includes the installation of approximately 70,000 digital water meters, AMI communications network and software platforms, data integration services, customer engagement, and project management. Proposers may include private finance and ownership or City finance and ownership of the AMI infrastructure. The City will evaluate proposals based on experience and qualifications, project approach, and compensation. • The proposal should include information on the Proposer's history and industry background related to metering, meter installations, and AMI systems. • The proposal should include a description of the project team, including resumes for all key team members. • The proposal should include a description of completed projects where the proposed AMI solution has been implemented. • The proposal should include a preliminary project schedule and a discussion of the objective of the project, the method of approach, and the nature of the anticipated results.
